This Privacy Policy applies to all the websites and domains we operate. Personal data
Personal data comprises individual details about your personal or material situation. Personal data may include your name, your address, your telephone number, your birthdate, your user ID and your passwords.

Non-personal data
Non-personal data is information for using and maintaining the website, and thus cannot be directly attributed to your person. We collect and analyze non-personal data in order to evaluate our website. Non-personal data may include specific URLs, browser type or the IP addresses. Most non-personal data is collected by cookies or other analysis technologies.

Data Protection and Children
Persons under 18 should not transmit any personal data to us without the permission of their parents or guardians. We do not request personal data from children and youths. We do not knowingly collect such data, nor do we disclose it to third parties.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data
When a user visits our websites, for purposes of system stability our servers temporarily store connection data of the requesting server, the websites you call up when you visit us, the date and length of the visit, the characteristics of the browser and operating system as well as the website from which you visit us. No additional personal data is stored unless you provide it voluntarily, e.g. as part of registration, for executing a contract or requesting information.

Erasure of Data
To the extent that your data is no longer needed for the above-mentioned purposes, including billing, we erase it. Please note that prior to each erasure, the data is initially only locked and only permanently erased with a time delay, in order to prevent accidental erasure or perhaps even willful conduct. For technical reasons, data may be duplicated in data backup files and mirroring of services. For technical reasons, such copies are also erased with a time delay.

Use of Cookies
Cookies are files that are stored on the hard drive of your computer; they prevent having to re-enter all required data for each user session. We generally do not use cookies. For non-personal data in exceptional cases we use so-called session cookies, which store technical session parameters in the cache of your browser. This data is erased as soon as you close your browser. In case we store personal data in a cookie as an exception, we request your prior permission.

You can also configure your browser so that it asks you for confirmation prior to storing a cookie. Finally, you can also delete stored cookies again at any time.

We implement all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from being lost or abused. Your data is stored in a safe data processing environment to which the public has no access. In certain cases your personal data is encrypted during transmission my means of so-called Secure Socket Layer-Technology (SSL). SSL encryption ensures that no one but us will be able to read the data. This security feature is active when an unbroken key or a closed lock icon appears in the lower part of your browser (depending upon the browser). In case you wish to contact us by e-mail, we would like to point out that the privacy of the transmitted information is not guaranteed. The content of e-mails can be read by third parties. That is why we recommend that you send us confidential information only by mail.

Right to Request Information
Naturally you have the right, upon written request, to information obtain free of charge concerning personal data that we have stored. Additionally, you have the right to have incorrect data corrected, blocked and deleted.
